I am giving gripe water .to my 5 month old baby ? Is it good?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, it is not good to give gripe water to your 5 months old baby. It is unnecessary and dangerous. They can cause infection to your baby . Some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances.

Hi Gripe water is not a healthy option to be given to a child at any age so I’m just going to advise you the same not to give gripe water to the child if your child is having colic pain or gas issue or anything then consult your doctor for a better medicine
