Q.
I am breast feeding mother for 3 months 23 days old baby boy. I am not getting enough milk.... please suggest me some lactation food and any medication?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you should take a complete diet with plenty of liquids and high fibre so that the milk production will be proper for more guidance you can consult with your doctor and the doctor will clear any further doubts and will give you all the relevant information required regarding the query mentioned .
