I am at week 37 .Can I take castor oil? Is it true that it induce labour within 24 hrs?

please don't try such remedies
it can affect adversely.
mam , labour is natural process
so please don't take much stress for this
just take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist
take Healthy and nutritious diet
