I am a mother of 3 years old. my baby takes my breast feed. I want to stop now. what' do I do. please give any suggestions

A. Communicate what's happening · Don't offer, don't refuse · Shorten sessions · Limit where and when you'll nurse · Offer alternatives · Avoid weaning at once
