Q.

I am a mother of 1 month 26 days baby. I want to breastfeed my son but the milk is not enoughly produced. What should I do to increase breast milk?

A. It is the demand and supply mechanism, so latch ur baby more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday.

A. milk is not enough start taking lactation supplement as lactare Or mother sparsh vardaan.. take green papaya bitter gourd fennel seeds bottle gourd drumstick oats ragi dalia sabudana.. more you nurse milk will increase..
