#AskTheExpert One of my friend gave birth to boy baby 3 days before. but only on first day one time she could able to breastfeed. after that even baby latched her she could not able to feed him. Tried to massage her breast and press the nipple but still milk is not produced. please advise wat we can do.

A. Ask her to take shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and drink plenty of water and have milk atleast 3 cups in a day and eat a healthy and nutritious diet
