Q.
I am 9 months pregnant in my growth scan doctor confirms I have placenta previa but in my mri scan i have placenta accreta so my doctor suggests me c section with uterus removal.its my second pregnancy but i have normal Delivery in my first pregnancy. pls suggests me is it compulsory to remove uterus

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes definitely c section at 36 week. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
