I am 9 month pregnant. While lying down on bed, I feel pain in lower back while changing the position from left to right or vice versa. Is it normal?

A. Yes, it is very much normal to experience this kind of pain and it is advisable that you support your belly using Pillows while sleeping and whenever you’re changing sides, hold your belly so that the pressure doesn’t fall much on the rest of the body
