Hi Doctor, I am 6month pregnant and I having little vagina pain n back pain specially when I lie on bed n turn left or right side n get down from bed. Is it normal?

A. its normal. rest more. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.
