Hi, am getting a pain on my left lower abdomen, unable to change position while lying.

A. Hi mommy Take rest You can take painkillers Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
