Q.

I am 8 weeks pregnant and my LMP was 16.02.22 now my ultrasound showing sac is 8 weeks and fetal is 6 weeks with no cardiac activity. benefit of doubt she asked me to take scan again after a week. 2 years ago I had one miscarriage. is there any hope in my pregnancy?
