Q.

i am 7 month pregnant and feel very heavy pressure in lower abdomen and also baby movements are below navel. is it normal?

A. It is not a problem if you are feeling the baby movement in the lower abdomen. Wherever the baby is the movements are felt there. Use a pregnancy support belt to reduce the pressure on the lower abdomen.
