Q.
i am 6month pregnant and my hemoglobin increase is 8point so is it necessary to take khoon k injection or can be recovered in 3months?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Yes if you are taking injections then the Hb level will be up early as compared to oral medicine and eat iron rich foods and gave Vitamin C rich foods for good absorption of iron in the body

Your haemoglobin level is really very less it’s less than average also you know it’s important to take the Iron injections if your doctor suggesting having proper amount of haemoglobin in the body is really very important so you please go ahead with what your doctor suggest
