#asktheexperts I'm 8 months pregnant and my hemoglobin is 7.2 so what should i eat to increase my hemoglobin within few days??

A. some gynaecologists suggest iron tablets twice a day apart from taking iron rich diet.also, if it still doesn't increase, they give iron injections as well. but the following methods needs your treating gynaecologist's opinion and monitoring
