Q.
I am 38 year old. My periods misses some time they comes 35 -38 days . but this near about 20 days are over 23 July ko aae they .... please tell what happens

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. T might be due to hormonal imbalance so first of do one thing on daily basis start a physical workout as it will regularise your periods and you can start taking Ashokaarishta once in a day after lunch and hope you are not anaemic

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. hello this would require a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your gynecologist and it can also be due to hormonal problem so she will be able to guide you better on certain investigation and advise you accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry
