Hi mommy you and me are of the same age, I think to reduce weight firstly try with some walking atleast 40-45 mins, I know preganancy weight is very difficult to reduce but offcourse not impossible, cycling again is a good idea but most importantly you will have to take care of your diet keep a control on salted food, fried food, artificially sweetened food. excercise helps in reducing your body upto 25% and the rest 75% is only possible through diet.
POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. It takes time to reduce post pregnancy and for that you need to eat a balanced diet full of fiber and protein and variety of fluids. Avoid sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing, skipping and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water in the morning will help too.
