A. Hello, if you maintain a healthy lifestyle then you can achieve a proper healthy weight. For that you should walk regularly and do exercise. Avoid fatty foods, processed foods, packaged foods, sweets, cookies, pastry, refined foods, carbonated beverages. Take fruits salad before breakfast and vegetables salad before lunch and dinner. Complete your dinner 2 to 3 hours before going to bed. Take jeera water 2 to 3 times in a day.
