Q.
I am 19week pregnant ,from two to three days I started feel pain in centre of my right hip whenever I move or sit it starts tickling .any suggestions??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you can use a maternity pCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. illow.
