Q.

I am 15 weeks pregnant...I have excessive hairfall and dandruff too. it is advisable to have hair spa at the salon or I should avoid getting the treatment for now. Thank you

A. Wait until the second trimester-- Before you go for any hair treatment, wait until the second trimester. The first trimester is crucial for the baby s growth.
