how to stop breastfeeding the baby so that my brest milk will stop ... what is the safe gap between the children ... useing copper T is safe or using Condom is safe

A. hello let there be a minimum gap of 18 months between the first delivery and conceive of second baby and you can use either copper T or condoms which are safe and also you can skip the feedings one by one and gradually milk secretion will reduce
