you can wipe the ear with clean cotton cloth
do not insert the fingers in the ear of the child
also be careful while giving bath to the baby
make sure the water does not enter the ear

You have to be very careful while giving birth to your baby that water doesn’t go inside babies ears. You can clean it with cotton buds. Rather than this try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently
