This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .
For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.

Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times pezr day.
Give warm water to drink 
If no improvzement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor 
paracetamol for fever and pain.

hello you can put saline drop and use instant rub from babyhug which is effective but in regards to the other medicine it would be better to check your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly and absolutely nothing to worry about
