A. to reduce the belly fat you have to do diet modification by cutting of sugar and taking high fibres and liquids in the diet to avoid any junk food start with simple exercises stretch marks could not be reduced as such but still you can apply stretch Nil cream for this

A. To reduce weight from stomach after delivery, include protein and fiber rich foods in your diet with plenty of fluids. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasnas. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water in the morning will help too. You can either apply Bio oil or Aloe Vera gel with coconut oil on stretch marks twice a day on clean and dry skin.
