hi I have stretch marks on my belly how to reduce and when can I start exercise ,how to reduce belly

A. if it is Cesarean section after 6 months if it is normal delivery after 2 months you can start exercise Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. See You can use a mixture of camphor and coconut oil regularly on to your stretchmarks area and about exercising if you had a normal delivery then yes you can but if you were to C-section then you’ll have to wait up till night 8 to 9 months of delivery and after that you can go ahead with dieting also to lose your weight
