Hello Parent, my child is 3 months old. It was suggested to me to give Crocin drops to my son after the vaccination even if there is no fever. It helps the baby to calm down. If at all, your child gets fever even after giving a dose, then I was advised to give for another day at a gap of 6 hrs. The quantity of drops will be prescribed depending on your baby's height and weight as per age. I hope this helps..

You Can rub ice cube on the area where the vaccination has been given and also at the same time you can be giving paracetamol to your child even if there is no fever because paracetamol is going to help in reducing down the pain in the vaccination area so you continue with that
