Q.

How to make my 3 year toddler drink sufficient water? He is reluctant to take water more than a sip. Kindly suggest.

A. Adequate water intake is very important for good digestion. Offer your baby water between meals when she’s not hungry and keen for food. If babies are not interested to drink plain water, fluids in the form of milk, juices, any flavoured juice can be given.
