Q.
my 7 month old baby doesn't like to drink water. like he is not having more than 2 3 spoon in a day. How can I make him drink water. please suggest

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You should try giving water in a colourful Sippy cup as babies gets attracted with bright colours or cartoon and also give other liquids like soups coconut water homemade juices

You Should always try to give more and more water to the child like 3-5 spoons every half an hour every half an hour if you start giving 2 to 4 spoons to the child of water I think that’s going to be helpful because that’s the right way to give more of water to the child along with the food that you are giving
