AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello mama Dry roast poha ,rice or puffed rice and moong daal in the ratio 2:1.. Then cool down the mixture.. Grind it in the mixer.. U can store this in the airtight container.
