how to lose the weight after Post delivery

A. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet.. avoid oily, junk food, n sugary food do start with light physical exercises on daily basis.

Since you are bresst feefing Mom so diet restriction is not for you just slight change in your lifestyle can make a difference . first of all keep yourself well hydrated add otas daliya milk fid.brous fruit and vegetable in your diet. at least 30 to 45 min brisk walk or jogging . you can also join some cardiac activity or aerobic or zumba calsses.
