It will take some time to decrease size. 
Give more attention to feeding part 
At this age start yoga  and mild exercise  at home only. 
Avoid heavy exercise. 
 tummy belt will help if used before 3-4 wks  after delivery
Regular exercise  and yoga is very necessary to maintain health after delivery.  Avoid heavy exercise like jumping or skipping. 
Take proper balanced diet 
take all types of food items,   eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also. 
Add all green vegetables in diet 
Keep urself well hydrated all the time

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Exercise can help to tone stomach muscles and burn calories . You can do light exercise like walking and stretching even in the early weeks after having your baby .
