A. good morning mom, follow healthy diet routine and exercise regularly do Surya Namaskar floor exercises and abs exercises also don't drink one or two cups of green tea everyday which will improve metabolism and help to lose extra fat full stop include lot of green leafy vegetables fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid fatty and sugary items
