NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello you can take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and Fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and if the bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk usung w bpa free bottle like Babyhug
