Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in mother’s daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist for further assistance in this regard
