Divyaa VinothMom of a 5 m old girl1 month agoA. Take protein-rich food. I took it during my pregnancy. Then I took non-veg fish meat weekly once which increased milk flow.

You should have a proper diet we should have really good amount of high and protein rich diet and good amount of fluid on an every day basis about 3 to 4 L is definitely going to be helpful along with that focus upon fibre diet and green leafy vegetables
