how to increase breast milk after 1 and half month my breast milk is decreased

A. Hello good evening !! Include lactating foods to improve breast milk production. Raw papaya,chiku,poppy seeds ,rusk ,bread toast , garlic in curries,garlic milk ,saunf water in regular diet helps in milk production.
