How to get rid of extreme dry skin in 3 month old baby. i am applying coconut oil and after bathing sebamed body lotion.

A. hello dear, cover her well to avoid moisture loss. Implement a daily bathing and moisturizing routine to protect skin and lock in moisture. Moisturizing skin immediately after bath . keep good hygiene
