how to do massage on breast after feed??

A. hello mom. in circular motion n towards the nipples. Consume more protein rich food, fresh fruits n green veggies in diet. drink Adequate amount of water.

A. U Can just use any oil and then you can do a massaging you if you want to look for the motion of the hand that it should be then you can just watch some video on YouTube you’ll actually get to know how do you need to do a proper massage and what oil is going to be the best
