RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. For three year old child it is meant to be first set of 20 teeth after 4 1/2 years any time you can start seeing that the milk teeth will start to fall and permanent would start to come actually a fixed because a child has 20 teeth to begin with
