How many days I have to use calcium and iron tablets post delivery

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. It’s ideal that you use iron medications for atleast 3 months after delivery and calcium medications as long as you exclusively breast feed your baby.
If you have severe anemia you have to take iron for longer periods

Hello ma’am Around six months you should be having all the three supplements multivitamins calcium and iron tablets and once you complete the course of six months and you feel healthy then do not continue with it otherwise you should be discontinuing it after six months
