How do I feed my 10 month old solid foods? She just runs away from food always i try to feed something...until 8 months everything was fine and she didn't fuss but from the past two months she demands only formula milk and doesn't take any other food no fruits no vegetables not even a morsel of rice....what do I do?

Are you adding all the necessary spices including salt into the food because that is something important what we do is what we eat we don’t feed the same food to the child because it has spices and all but that’s the right way to feed the child because that is how your child is going to learn to each and every thing that you are having so instead of giving separate food try feeding from your own plate

i didn't guess it was because of teething and i actually try to feed what we eat...i have noticed that she like sweet food and tries to deliberately avoid anything other than sweet tasting foods..we have never given her sugar till date may be the formula milk has some sweetness so that is causing her some sort of craving for sweet tasting foods

If the baby is in teething phase then it might be due to that do try giving mashed foods abd massage her gums eith clean finger and give teether as give foods as per liking of baby
