Its a part of early motherhood and let your baby grow healthy.. after weaning of milk you can try to loss your weight...Drink plenty of water, replenish yourself and make yourself happy.. dont mind the weight gain or loss for the time being.. stay happy and positive 😊👍🏻

restrict sugar and sweet intake..
avoid oily and spicy foods..
drink plenty of water.. take water before meals half an hr..
have salad sprouts whole grains..
start with yoga or brisk walking..
