You should not worry just do some calorie restriction spefdcially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should dbe gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .
