Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you must eat and drink healthy. Drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Also add lactonic powder in the milk. this helps in increasing breast milk supply. .
Also eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, vegetables soup and fruit juice etc.
Add jeera in your diet.
