Hlw mam I am 7 months 11 days pregnant. Suggest me some safety measures to be taken during this time. Food items to be taken during this time for healthy baby

A. During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking avoid being specific in diet

A. hello you don't have to panic much and just have a healthy food in the diet and avoid any food which you feel can cause gastric for you and avoid too much of spicy food in your diet apart as fruits vegetables dry fruits green leafy vegetables well which would be better and safe
