Mam your child has learned it from somewhere a lot of times kids see all these things on TV or cartoon or anything and they repeat like this so keep correcting your child and say that first word whatever you say is only meant to be done one time regular counselling will be helpful and slowly with regular speech and practice and reading this habit will change
