Q.
hlo dr. I am 29 weeks pregnant my baby's nasal bone is hypoplastic till now . But I went through many tests like amnicentiosis (QFPCR and Micro array) All tests are okay but still hypoplastic nasal bone 4.08mm . I am so much worried . My dr. told me that in some cases baby's nasal bone is small and the baby is fine .

Yes that’s true some kids it can be small but it can get better with progressing age in the time of pregnancy so this seems alright as of now but since you cannot do anything about it you can only follow the instructions and advice given by the doctor
