hiii mam good evening ...im pregnant women of 9 month...i have a surgery with in 4 days...today m suffering with cold so can i use sinarest/citrazen tablet mam can u please help me

Hi mom Yes you can Take turmeric milk twice daily Take tulsi leaves lemon and honey mixture Take ginger juice and honey mixture Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Stay hydrated Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Stay hydrated Do some light exercise yoga regularly
