hiii. am shamsath. my baby is five month old. my hair is start loosing.. what to do to stop hair loss during baby feed..

it happens because of hormonal changes.
so please take healthy and well balanced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakai powder.
or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water.
it will definitely help.
stay stress free.
