take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day .

U Can go ahead with regular oiling that is what you can do I am not sure as two for whom are you asking this question you have not to mention anything so I was just a regular oiling with almond oil is going to be helpful and if there’s anything in particular that you want to us and please ask that clearly
