Q.

after my second delivery m loosing my hair I cant even comb my hair so much hair loss

A. Hi parent Avoid using RO water for drinking , anti dandruff shampoo , packaged and processed food , maida and sugar. Take sunbath daily Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Don't over use senitizer , anti bacterial products. Take more probiotics and citrus fruits and millets
